Exciting news!!

So what's the news?? For our 1 year anniversary we had planned on going to Charleston this Saturday-Tuesday, but since Hanna decided to 'rain on our parade' (good pun I know...) we had to cancel our plans last night in order to get the full refund on the hotel. So all that sounds depressing....but here's the GOOD NEWS on Saturday we're going to Charlotte for the morning to......

Bring home our new puppy!!

Meet Rouge. She's a 10 wk. old Yorkiepoo weighing in at a whopping 2 lbs. and isn't expected to weigh more than 3-5 lbs. by the time she's all grown up! This is the only picture I have of her off right now, but will definitely take more pics once she's home!!

So here's how it all went down....we already put down a deposit earlier but didn't plan to get her until November because we were saving up for two upcoming trips this Fall. But now because we had to cancel one trip, we can finally bring Rouge home this weekend instead of waiting two long months as well as enjoy some other fun things on our anniversary as well!! This is definitely going to be "my dog" and Caleb will be getting his "man dog" after we get a house someday so don't doubt his manliness haha.
